Inspired by the more unrestricted and imaginative way that I understood the world as a child, this project explores how my child self would have viewed the life I live today. Experimenting with different darkroom printing techniques and collaging negatives, I was able to use a more skilled process of photographic expression that I’ve developed as an adult, while also giving myself space to be explorative and unpolished.
